1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy is published by Infinity Fleet and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. ("Infinity Fleet and Logistics Pvt. Ltd.", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India. Infinity Fleet and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is a SaaS product developed and operated by Infinity Fleet and Logistics Pvt. Ltd.. The Infinity Fleet and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. product includes:
- InFleets Driver — the mobile app for drivers to receive duty/trip assignments and share live GPS location.
- InFleets Employee — the mobile app for users/employees to view trips, verify pickup/drop, and receive live trip updates.
- InFleets Admin — the mobile app for business owners and operations managers to manage tours, bookings, and fleet on the go.
Collectively, these are the "Service". By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Personal information: name, email address, phone number, and business details; billing information including GSTIN and PAN; login credentials and account preferences; driver details including licence information and contact details.
Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers; pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns; log data and analytics information.
Location data: the mobile apps collect precise GPS location to enable real-time tracking. Location is collected in the foreground (app open, duty active) and in the background (when a duty/trip is marked started, so the operator can monitor the vehicle even if the app is minimised — this is core to the live-tracking functionality). Background access is requested only after explicit consent and is used solely to provide the tracking Service to the operator. Location is not collected when no duty/trip is active.
App permissions: Location (foreground & background) for live GPS tracking; Camera to scan QR codes or capture document/vehicle images; Storage/Media to upload documents, duty slips, or photos; Notifications to send assignments, booking alerts, and operational updates. You may revoke any permission at any time in device settings. (Exact per-app permissions are in the appendix below.)
3. How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Infinity Fleet and Logistics Pvt. Ltd., InFleets Driver, InFleets Employee, and InFleets Admin applications.
- Process bookings, invoices, and payments.
- Enable real-time GPS tracking and route optimisation.
- Send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, duty slips, invoices).
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
- Generate analytics and reports for your business operations.
- Comply with legal obligations including GST and tax regulations.
- Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorised access.
4. Data sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing, SMS/email); business partners when you use integrations; and legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property. Location data collected through the mobile apps is shared only with the tour operator or business account the driver/user is associated with, and with no other third party.
5. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as mapping providers (e.g., Google Maps), payment gateways, and analytics platforms, which have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
6. Data security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as necessary to comply with legal obligations (including GST record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data via the contact details in Section 11.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may: access the personal data we hold; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion of your data and account; withdraw consent where consent is the basis; object to processing; and request data portability. 9. Children's privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Who it's for: drivers / vendors running assigned trips. Captures the driver's live location during an active trip so the operator and passengers see progress and trips are billed by distance/time.

End User License Agreement (EULA) — InFleets Driver
1. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely to carry out trips and duties assigned to you by the transport operator or business account with which you are associated. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Infinity Fleet and Logistics Pvt. Ltd..
2. The service offered
The App enables a driver to: receive duty/trip assignments; share live GPS location during an active trip so the operator and passengers can see progress and trips can be billed by distance/time; capture trip-related media and scan passenger QR codes; and raise an in-app Emergency Alert ("SOS"). The Emergency Alert lets you report an incident — Panic, Accident, Breakdown, Misconduct, Medical, or Other — together with your current precise location to the transport operator's operations/security desk.
3. Location services & consent
The App collects precise GPS location in the foreground and in the background while a trip/duty is active, and captures a high-accuracy location fix when you raise an Emergency Alert. Background location is requested only after your explicit consent and is used solely to provide the tracking and safety features described here. By using the App you consent to the collection and sharing of your precise location with the associated transport operator for these purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by disabling location permission in your device settings; doing so will disable live tracking and the location-based Emergency Alert.
4. Emergency Alert (SOS) — important disclaimer
The Emergency Alert feature is NOT a replacement for official emergency services and does not contact the police, ambulance, fire brigade, or any public safety answering point (PSAP) on your behalf. Please read and accept the following:
- When you raise an Emergency Alert, the App transmits your alert type, an optional description, and your precise GPS location over the internet to the transport operator's private operations/security control room, which is responsible for reviewing the alert and coordinating an appropriate response. The App also provides a one-tap button to directly dial the public emergency number (112 in India).
- In a life-threatening emergency you should always call the official emergency number (112) directly. The Emergency Alert is a supplementary notification tool for your operator, not a substitute for public emergency services.
- Delivery and usefulness of an Emergency Alert depend on factors outside our control, including mobile-network coverage, internet availability, GPS signal and accuracy, device battery and permissions, and the operator's staffing and response procedures. We do not guarantee that an alert will be delivered, received, read, or acted upon, or that it will be acted upon within any particular time.
- Infinity Fleet and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. operates the software platform that relays the alert. It is the transport operator — not Infinity Fleet and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. — that receives the alert and decides on and carries out any response. We are not an emergency-response provider.
- The precise location shared in an Emergency Alert is used only to identify where assistance may be needed and is shared only with the associated transport operator, consistent with our Privacy Policy above.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the App lawfully and only for legitimate duty/trip purposes; to keep your login credentials secure; not to misuse the Emergency Alert (for example, raising false alerts); not to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the App or its safety features; and to comply with all applicable traffic and safety laws. Do not interact with the App while driving in a manner that is unsafe or unlawful.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that the Emergency Alert or live-tracking features will function without interruption or that any alert will result in assistance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Fleet and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Emergency Alert or live-tracking features, including any failure or delay in the delivery, receipt, or handling of an Emergency Alert. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Termination
This licence remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this EULA or misuse the App. On termination you must stop using the App. Sections 4, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra — where Infinity Fleet and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is registered — shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.

InFleets Employee (Employee/User app)
Who it's for: users/employees of organizations using managed transport. Shows assigned trips, OTP pickup/drop verification, live trip notifications, and shares location during a trip for safety/tracking.
